Back to School
For many years Mount Paran North has had the opportunity to serve others in the community through our Back to School Outreach. Each year before the school year kicks off, we partner with Marietta Housing Authority to help families living in public housing in Marietta and surrounding communities. We provide each child with a new pair of shoes and a book-bag filled with school supplies. We also offer school-required hearing, dental, and vision screening, haircuts and food. Also, parents will receive a car check-up and a voucher for an oil change ... and much more!
Sponsor a Child (Christmas Outreach)
This outreach focuses on the 100+ children of the Fort Hill public housing development in Marietta. Each child is adopted and their wish list fulfilled by a Mount Paran North congregant. On the weekend before Christmas, we personally deliver the gifts to the families.
Men of Acts
This men’s ministry does home repairs and maintenance for widows, the elderly, single moms, and the disabled.
